Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients

MTR Special Garam Masala 2.5 g
MTR Turmeric Powder 2 g
MTR Chilli Powder 1.5 g
MTR Coriander Powder 0.5 g
Oil 10 g
Butter 20 g
Green Chillies (Chopped) 2 g
Onions (Chopped) 30 g
Ginger Paste 4 g
Garlic Paste 6 g
Tomatoes 200 g
Tomatoes (Chopped) 15 g
Cashew Nuts 10 g
Kasuri Methi (Crushed) 0.1 g
Water 150 ml
Sugar 5 g
Salt 4 g
Milk 100 g
Paneer 100 g
Coriander Leaves 1 g

Method Of Preparations

  1. Wash tomatoes and make a paste with the cashew nuts. Keep aside.
  2. Heat equal portions of oil and butter in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté till light brown.
  3. Add chopped green chillies along with ginger & garlic pastes and cook till raw flavour goes off.
  4. Add MTR Chilli Powder, MTR Coriander Powder, MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Special Garam Masala, salt and sugar and mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy. Add the tomato cashew nut paste and cook well.
  6. Add milk and mix well. Add water and boil. Add Paneer and remaining butter. Cook until the gravy thickens. Add crushed Kasuri Methi, mix well.
  7. Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  8. Serve hot.
